| Jason holds an MBA from Leeds Business School in Great Britain and a Master¡¯s Degree from the graduate school of Tianjin University of Finance and Ecomomy. He is a Chinese CPA, Advanced Accountant and Certified Tax Agent. Jason created Jinqiao Joint Certified Public Accountants firm and in 1999 became Senior Partner of Yuehua CPA firms, which is one of largest CPAs firm in China. He co-founded Richlink Capital in 2003.
Jason has assisted clients with Initial Public Offerings and financial restructuring projects both in China and overseas, including: a Chinese A-share issue for Henan Yuneng Co., Ltd.; financial
restructuring of Beiqing Media Co., Ltd. and the listing of Xuecheng Science and Technology corporation in Singapore. He has also been editor of Accounting in Businesses with Foreign Investments and Practice in Utilizing Foreign Investment. He published nearly 20 academic articles. |
